Chili Lime Baked Cod

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon cumin
- 2 cod fillets
Instructions

Combine oil, maple syrup, lime juice, and spices in a bag or bowl; mix, add cod, and marinate 15 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

Transfer fillets with marinade to baking dish; bake 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

Plate and drizzle with remaining sauce; serve with lime wedges.
Chef's Note
Add in ANY spices of choice for extra flavour.
