Piña Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant-based or collagen)
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass and top with extra shredded coconut if desired.
Chef's Note
For a thicker smoothie, use more frozen fruit and less liquid. This is a great post-workout option thanks to the natural sugars and protein.
