Grain Free Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla.

Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until a dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.

Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten each slightly with your palm.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.

Let cool on the pan for 10 minutes before moving — they firm up as they cool.
Chef's Note
These cookies are naturally soft and chewy. For crispier cookies, bake an extra 2 minutes and let cool fully on the pan.
