Red Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

    Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

    Blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth.

  3. 3

    Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. 4

    Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Chef's Note

Raspberries are one of the highest-fibre fruits and are particularly beneficial for hormone balance and gut health. The seeds blend in and add extra fibre.
